Under the supervision of the program Supervisor or their designee, the Case Manager provides services such as screening, support, brief intervention, collateral services, training, education and guidance to youth and families. Strength-based and trauma-informed support services are provided at various locations including in-home, at schools, and throughout the community. Case Managers are assigned to work in various Aldea programs including Probation Programs, Substance Use Prevention Programs, the ADAPT school program, and the Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Program.
