Alderson Loop is looking for a Jr. Compliance Analyst to join a Fortune 500 investment firm. The primary purpose will be to enter employee data into the regulatory system and monitor data accuracy to ensure completeness and compliance. The position is responsible for entering employee trading data into the firm compliance database. This includes receiving and opening the mail, reviewing the contents for the necessary data points that require entry, keying in these details with 100% accuracy, and filing the processed mail in an organized manner for retention purposes. This position requires incumbents to follow existing procedures in a compliance environment to accomplish the objectives set by the Director of Compliance and other Compliance staff. This position works under moderate supervision and does not supervise other staff.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Receives, reviews and organizes broker mail for processing.

2. Enters trading data into the Compliance system and organizes mail for retention.

Qualifications

• Data entry skills
• Ability to be on-site in Owings Mills, MD 5 days a week
• Associate or bachelors degree
• Administrative skills
• Compliance experience is nice to have
• Financial industry experience is nice to have
