Alderson Loop is looking for a Program Manager to join the Transformation Office at a Fortune 500 Investment Firm. The Progam Lead will be responsible for 2-4 projects across the Client Journey Initiative. This is a large scale and multi-year initiative that will improve the firm's client experience from start to end.

The Program Lead is responsible for developing and executing program wide status including tracking risks, issues, dependecisies and reporting on progress and metrics based on collaborative data gathering with Program Sponsors.

The Program Lead will need to come on-site 2 days a week in Owings Mills, MD.

Deliverables

• Objectives, Reqs & Acceptance - Inception presentation, Budget allocation to be managed and Kickoff Meetings
• Solution Design - Template designs, Use cases, and Prioritization
• Process Re-Engineering - Detailed process design and Program impact assessment
• Rollout - Implementation plan, Communications and Value tracking
• General - Program Status & reporting, Dependency management, Risk & issue management, Change management, and Transition plan

Qualifications

• 8 years of Project / Program Management experience
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects related to change management and process improvements from inception to successful implementation.
• Prior exposure to working within a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) is highly desirable.
• Recent working knowledge in Lean Sigma, Agile best practices, and Change Management
• Experience implementing strategic process improvement initiatives for operations, back office or middle office

Preferred

• Investment Management Industry experience
• Project Management and Change Management Certification
• Advanced Agile Certification or equivalent experience
