Responsibilities:

• Posts the daily receipt summaries
• Verifies that receipts
• Prepares accounting journal entries as assigned
• Reviews and maintains general ledger monthly for accuracy
• Prepares monthly closing entries
• Prepares selected monthly financial reports
• Records payroll transactions in general ledger
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Utilize financial reporting experience
• Prepares various reports
• Ability to work Monday - Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm or Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
• Must have at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience.
• Experience reconciling accounts
• Strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Quickbooks Software preferred.
