With critical operations throughout the state, AKRS is a preferred and strategic John Deere dealer group (https://www.deere.com ) with deep roots in in the mid-west and is the nation’s largest combine dealership selling on average over 700 combines each year. Due to continued market expansion, we are seeking a critical Store Manager to add to their team in Crete Nebraska.
What You Will Do:
Working in partnership with the regional management team, you will have responsibilities for providing location leadership and will assume accountability for departments working together to achieve location goals. The Store Manager promotes customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and the achievement of location performance metrics. In addition, you will be responsible for direct sales of a quality product.
This is a “boots on the ground” leadership position that will see you perform duties that affect business operations to a substantial degree and involves decision-making that could commit the Company to matters having significant financial impact. The successful candidate in this challenging role will possess a demonstrated commitment to personal accountability and attention to detail.
