As a Desktop Support Specialist - Tier 1, you would close?helpdesk requests, onboard newly acquired firms, work with and guide interns, install new hardware and software, and possibly travel to local offices in the region.
Responsibilities:Provide technical support for users via onsite and remote support. Support an Office 365 environment. Assist with onboarding of new company acquisitions and employees. Document all pertinent end-user identification information and build rapport with help desk customers. Possible opportunities for off-hours work when needed. Travel to multiple offices in the local area and to regional office during implementation, or as needed.
Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent. Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Desktop Support/Help Desk/Service Desk/Network technician. Experience deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and software products. Office 365 expertise Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc. Reliable means of transportation to work a hybrid schedule within our Grand Rapids, MI office.
