Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Company's staffing program with a client, including customer service, onboarding, employee relations and setting goals/objectives. The Program Coordinator represents Acara as the focal point for customer and contractor issues, works with the customer to ensure all processes and procedures are met, and completes and upholds all Key Performance Indicators. The Program Coordinator will be onsite with our client three days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of program services to our clients with a primary focus on effectively managing client's specific needs relating to the Program and providing the first line of support to customers/contractors
  • conducts onsite interviews and tours
  • Supervise and manage an on-site staff of contractors; Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations, providing guidance on company policies, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Promote customer goodwill and increase visibility with customer
  • Represents Acara as the point of contact for contractor issues and inquiries that include, but are not limited to, timekeeping, payroll, tax forms, workers' compensation reports, benefits administration, address changes, vacations, etc.
  • Assists with employee onboarding and off-boarding, orientation, and other employee relations issues
  • Onsite administrative activities include personnel administration, payroll/billing, quality program compliance, matters involving other temporary agencies working with customers, internal security program compliance (if applicable), report generation and maintenance of appropriate files in accordance with Company policy
  • Maintain set benchmark as set forth by the Company
  • Process and track customer-required drug testing and background checks as required by the customer
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources data confidential
  • Prepare and present reports, including financial analysis, for customer and corporate staff
  • Communicate regularly with branch and corporate personnel regarding payroll changes and other employee administrative issues, as well as employee relations issues and workers' compensation
Other Duties:
  • Establish customer/ /contract employee relations through frequent contact and various activities
  • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by the Company
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • One year of experience working in an administrative role
  • One year of experience and strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree
  • One year of experience in an administrative position with a temporary labor focus in a warehouse environment
  • One year of experience with employee onboarding and employee relations
