- Minimum of an Associate's degree
- Current and valid New Jersey (NJ) Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Up-to-date American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a Burn Unit/Wound Clinic or Wound Care
- At least 1 year of experience in the Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) area and Home Health field Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN License Number
- Bilingualism in Spanish would be valuable
- Any specialized certifications could be an advantage Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Home Health RN. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive skilled nursing care, exhibit excellent communication and collaborative skills, and uphold patient safety at all times. The role demands strong organizational capabilities, the aptitude to work independently, and maintaining confidentiality paramount. Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to various age and diagnostic groups
- Apply principles of the nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care
- Implement preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care using nursing knowledge and skills
- Design and implement effective interviewing techniques, setting limits, and data collection tailored to specific roles
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with healthcare providers, third parties, patients, and families
- Keep patients' comfort and safety needs as a primary focus
- Observe and document patients' conditions and reactions, notifying the supervisor or Physician of any significant observations and reactions to treatments
- Respond promptly to potentially life-threatening situations following established nursing principles, policies, procedures, and protocols
- Convey information effectively to healthcare team members both orally and in writing Additional information:

- Equipment provided: Tablet, Phone Hours & Schedules:
- Working hours: 8:30 am-4:30 pm, including one weekend per month
