The Project Manager will be responsible for all project management activities in support of several key initiatives to include: JIRA ITSM Deployment, Contact Center as a Service Deployment, Salesforce Deployments, Microsoft GCC High Migration, and many more. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Technology and Acting CIO.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight and client acceptance in assigned projects
• Provide leadership, advice, and guidance in a timely fashion to the team and customers, manage budgets and forecasting, and coach staff simultaneously
• Manage operations for assigned Aleut Federal (AF) projects and is responsible for the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of operational personnel and equipment as well as utilizing operational tools, tracking systems, monitoring visits and assessments, through necessary budget control and effective planning
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships, developing a strategic vision for the CIO Office
• Fosters and promotes customer service, quality, and innovative thinking across the client environment
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders for long-term partnerships
• Handles challenging client situations and offers guidance & direction to client executives
• Manage the technical team working on a scope areas such as: service provision, helpdesk support, implementation of projects, engineering and network support, technology operations and maintenance, and technology strategy programs
• Cross collaborate with other Project Managers and Program Managers on similar projects
• Manage budgets, scope, schedule, and ensure timely execution, while monitoring risks, supporting resource staffing needs
• Manages staff and monitors performance and training needs to create skills expansion and career advancement opportunities. Communicate expectations and monitor employee production, efficiency, and morale
• Wants to be constantly learning and evolving is willing to roll-up their sleeves when necessary
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and the use of original ideas
• Ability to work as a self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• US Citizens Only
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on technology projects and 10 years of technology engineering and modernizations
• Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia (2-3 Days a week)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, solving problems for the team and clients and creating trusted long-term relationships with clients
• 5 Years Experience with Platforms as a Service (PAAS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS)
• 5 Years Experience with the federal consulting
• Experience with a ERP and Integrations

Preferred qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Scrum Master Certification
• 10 Years of hands on Development / Administration / Leading experience with Deployment / Operations of Atlassian Suite (Jira, ITSM, Confluence), Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Entra, etc)
• Experience with Contact Center As A Service Deployments / Management

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
