Responsibilities:  

• Develop, implement, and monitor information systems policies and controls
• Plan and design the structure of technology systems
• Determine organization needs and identify system specifications 
• Identify the hardware and software that will be needed for new systems 
• Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures 
• Carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly and produce progress reports 
• Collaborate with Platform Analyst and Developer to ensure systems run smoothly 
• Recommend optimal products, systems, and system configurations to the customer 
• Work with Project Managers / Project Coordinators to oversee IT projects from start to finish 
• Review and reset priorities to address the client mission and high priority initiatives 
• Build and maintain relationships with other groups to accomplish client objectives
• Work with senior IT personnel to devise plans for future IT requirements of the organization 
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance 
• Review reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine and address problems 
• Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise 
• Assist with any other task within the Performance Work Statement 

Requirements:

• Must possess a current TS with SCI Eligibility 
• Must possess or be able to obtain an IAT II certification 
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another scientific or technical discipline 
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree may be used towards experience) 
• Hands-on experience in software development and system administration 
• Knowledge of strategic IT solutions 
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems 
• Familiarity with an array of programming languages and operating systems 
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to assimilate information and have up-to-date technical know-how 

Preferred: 

• ITIL certification a plus 
• At least four (4) years of government contracting, or equivalent experience is a plus 
• Cloud Network experience is a plus 
• Knowledge about the recovery of network assets is a plus 

Locations: This position will be expected to perform duties at any customer facilities within Colorado Springs.

Rate: $130K - $145K
