- Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Experience in telemarketing is a plus
