Qualifications
- Proven experience in Windows and Mac support. Linux experience is a strong plus!
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Okta SSO
- User and email account management experience in Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
- Audio/Visual system support
- Hungry to learn various other aspects of IT including systems and network administration.
- A sense of humor, can-do attitude, flexible and customer focused approach.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks without supervision.
Note: This position is onsite. Only candidates currently living in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine will be considered at this time.
