In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and implementing information security strategies and plans.
- Leading the InfoSec team to ensure secure operations of the company's technology infrastructure.
- Facilitating the implementation of new systems and services.
- Conducting regular security assessments and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Including SOC2, ISO27001:2022, GDPR, Etc.
- Collaborating with IT and Engineering teams to develop and implement secure software deployments and updates.
- Developing and enforcing security procedures and controls across the global network.
- Developing, implementing, and supporting ongoing security, network, and other initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge in computer systems, security systems, cloud services, and network architecture.
- Relevant experience in information security, systems management, and familiarity with on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement in technology solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with key individuals.
- Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and effectively identify and resolve technical issues.
- Strong understanding of security practices regarding on-prem, cloud, software development, DevOps, and SecOps.
