Summary: The Associate Art Director will conceptualize and execute on-set photoshoots for editorial campaigns and social content. This person will report into the Senior Art Director and work closely with marketing, photography, content, styling, production, and social media teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• An innovative and conceptual creator, skilled at merging art with commerce.
• Drive, own, and iterate on the brand visual identity for multi-channel campaigns that touch multiple areas of the customer journey-including social, email marketing, digital advertising, video, and more.
• Plan, concept and execute on model and still-life photography and video content, as well as social first content.
• Oversee multiple creative projects at the same time for self and team.
• Conceptualize and present creative campaign ideas to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through mood boards and mockups.
• Develop culturally relevant creative executions that meet our business and brand objectives.
• Work closely with the social team to ideate and create Instagram and Tiktok native content, utilizing key trends and concepting out of the box editorial angles.
Position Requirements:
• 6 years of experience in on and off figure photography, motion and studio creative direction
• 6 years of professional use and an exemplified mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – including Premier, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as Capcut, TikTok, and other social platforms
• An innovative and conceptual creator, skilled at merging art with commerce
• A compelling portfolio of distinctive work with elevated brand expressions
• A deep knowledge of fashion, image making, and branding
• Experience concepting and directing video and moving image, digital storytelling
• Passion for pop culture, trends in social media, understanding of landscape and performance drivers
• Work at the speed of culture.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly and articulately explain your rationale and evoke excitement with your recommendations
• Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Operates with an elevated taste level and all round passion for fashion and imagery
• Understanding of current industry related trends
• Goal oriented, with demonstrated success in managing through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, complex environment

In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $115,000 to $120,000, which represents a range commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills required.
