- Performs unit, regression, and integrations testing for application changes to ensure high quality.
- Researches and troubleshoots issues across different functional teams in order to rectify system problems in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area of study related to Computer Science or Mathematics is required.
- Cognos, SSRS\Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau; Leading RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata; SQL, Javascript.
- Documented and proven application development record as it relates to the technologies, tools, and languages required for the specified position.
- Competent communication skills (sending and receiving), including clear and timely communication on business issues and assignments with peers, management, and product owners.
- Ability to quickly learn and comprehend insurance-related topics and relate that knowledge to the development process.
