As an Associate Agent, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients by delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client portfolios and transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Manage communication with clients, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.
• Research and analyze market trends and other industry-related information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Agent will represent Mike Trull Agency and will be marketing for several companies not limited to Alfa, Progressive, Geico, Foremost.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.
  
  

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Insurance License preferred or must be able to obtain insurance license
  
  

Compensation

• This will be a commission-based career as a 1099 employee.
  
  

Training Supplement first 6 months with an excellent hands-on training .

• There will be opportunities for bonuses and incentive trips and possible advancement .
