• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to other managers and team members.
• Managing financial aspects including P&L, budgets, labor costs, and food costs.
• Conducting inventory management and ensuring accurate records.
• Training, coaching, and disciplining team members in accordance with company policies.
• Creating and fostering a guest-focused and service-driven environment.
• Leading and motivating a team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience as a salaried General Manager in the restaurant industry, casual or quick-casual full-service experience.
• Should not be unemployed for at least 3 months.
• Not worked for more than 2 places in the least 10 years preferably.
• Currently not living in more than 30 miles from the Job Site Address.
• Stable work history that includes career progression.
• Comfortable working late nights rather than early mornings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
• Desire to be part of a winning team.
• Guest-focused and service-driven approach.
