We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must provide exceptional customer service and support for a local, family-oriented, a/c company.
*Duties to include:
- Answer phones in a courteous manner to schedule and dispatch calls. Also speak with customers via email, text and chat.
- Attention to detail and courteous phone manner is important
- Must be a team player and work well independently
- Utilize dispatch software to manage tracking and dispatching
- Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently
*Experience*
- Previous experience in air conditioning or related field is helpful
- Proficiency in phone systems and data entry
- Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching
- Familiarity with GPS technology is a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
