This role demands exceptional project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and compliant opening of new facilities. Key ResponsibilitiesLicensing Strategy and Compliance:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for obtaining required licenses, permits, and certifications for new senior living communities.
Stay abreast of relevant regulations, zoning ordinances, and legal requirements to ensure full compliance throughout the licensing process.
Coordinate with legal and regulatory experts to navigate complex licensing procedures and address any compliance issues.
Project Planning And Execution
Develop detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and responsibilities for licensing and facility launch.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, architects, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of project activities.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Engage with various departments, including legal, operations, finance, and marketing, to align strategies and ensure a smooth transition from licensing to facility launch.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a unified approach toward achieving project goals.
Regulatory Documentation And Approvals
Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation and applications required for licensing and regulatory approvals.
Work closely with regulatory agencies, authorities, and inspectors to address inquiries, provide information, and facilitate site visits as needed.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the licensing and launch process.
Provide regular updates to senior management, project sponsors, and key stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources throughout the licensing and launch phases.
