We are currently seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Skilled and Experienced Residential Construction Worker to join our team. Please note, this is hands-on only not a managerial/desk/office position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of construction, including hands-on experience in framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. As a Foreman you will be responsible for leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors, but will also be required to actively participate in the physical labor of the construction projects leading by example. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that does not want to deal with all the headache of running your own business. We have tons of work and are growing quickly. We will keep you busy and never miss payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, while actively working bags on.

- Ensure that all construction work is completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with the Project Managers to ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly.

- Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring that all workers follow proper safety procedures.

- Conduct regular job site meetings to review progress, discuss issues and make necessary adjustments.

- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, and participate in the quality control process.

- Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with preferred experience in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

- Proficiency in framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations.

- Must have own tools and reliable vehicle.

- We work on high end homes and require a clean and respectable appearance.

This is a full time W-2 position. We work 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Opportunities for extra side work available.
