Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering, maintenance, and process improvement teams, emphasizing automation and staying current with industry trends.
• Project Management: Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintenance: Manage maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate technical staff to build a high-performing team.
• Budget Management: Develop and oversee the technical department’s budget, ensuring resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10 years in manufacturing with 5 years in management, including hands-on automation experience.
• Certifications: PE license, Lean Six Sigma, and automation technology certifications are preferred.
• Skills: Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
• Project Management: Skilled in managing complex projects on time and within budget.
