1.Knowledge of USA B2B e-commerce market trends and customer needs2.5 years related working experience3.Proven experience in planning and executing successful experiential homepage or on-site campaigns4.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams6.Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative experiential marketing ideas7.Understanding of targeted user preferences and the ability to tailor experiences accordingly8.Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,800/year and $216,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
