Alice and Rose Boulder is seeking a lead chef to work in a fast paced, positive environment that is aimed to grow into the first of many locations. Culinarians must have a self motivated drive to manage and execute service, prepare scratch recipes, and help develop others to strive to be their best. 40 hours per week on set schedule/ 8 hrs per shift.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Opening & closing procedures in daily operation including: ordering, taking inventory, preparing stations for service, etc,

Cooking in a fast paced, professional atmosphere, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Working in collaboration between all aspects of operation.

Lifting up to 26-50 lbs

Creatively working with Executive chef on cross utilizing and preparing new menu items

Keeping work space to a level of cleanliness and organization that surpasses all health and safety regulations.

Culinarian and Kitchen staff need to have knife skills to be able to butcher if needed, prepare line items for recipes, and must be able to follow recipes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
