When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future - you'll create it.As a Senior Advanced Technical Support, you will lead the introduction and integration of new technology platforms and features into AT&Ts distributed real-time network environment and deliversthe highest-level network technology support within AT&Ts technology support structure. You'll work closely with Chief Technology Organization (CTO) partners in an Agile/DevOps environment to review and contribute to design, as well as build and operate distributed application functions on disaggregated networks and cloud infrastructure using software defined networking, virtualization and containerization.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Provide operational requirements, review, and signoff for CTO designs. Design equipment and software certification testing.Evaluate, manage, and develop mitigation solutions for new technology introduction risks.Responsible for the development, testing, training and handoff of detailed methods and procedures for new technology introduction to partner implementation organizations.Utilize Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automation development to enable rapid feature deployment.Care for overall health of the end-to-end network via the development of network performance metrics; advanced data analytics; and identification, tracking and resolution of chronic issues.Requires 24x7 on call from escalating organizations.Provides the technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real time, directing the activities of technical resources from Tier 2, CTO, and the vendors to restore service.Develop network automation to pro-actively identify defect signatures; define the least intrusive recovery processes; extract forensic data from network elements and apply advanced data analytic skills to identify patterns of unexpected behavior.May interact with customers virtually or in person to outline or recommend technical solutions for their business or explaining root cause of a network event.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math or Science preferred.5 years' experience in network management or network technical support.Experience with project management with external vendors.Experience with product or program management preferred.Experience with IT Operations, Network Operations, Wireless networks and technology.OurSenior-Advanced Network Technical Supportearn between $130,700- $196,100.
