Applies the necessary tools and engineering principles to create and design infrastructure components. Coordinate, and report on programs to support network/building infrastructure in accordance with approved guidelines. Performs Program Management for key corporate initiatives including ArcFlash, Switchgear and Automatic Transfer Switch maintenance and Walking Working Surfaces programs.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsibilities may also include working with Network Engineering and Operations and Global Real Estate, product development, and engineering teams to author process documentation, methods, procedures, and guidelines for current building infrastructure in network planning, capacity management, and network builds.Coordinates and interfaces with internal and external customers to ensure service commitments are met.Uses engineering tools, various software applications, and databases to assist in creating the operating philosophies, engineering documents, AT&T Practices and variances to established AT&T practices.Provide implementation support of infrastructure to assure proper execution and provides resolution for system failures or degradations. Provide project management and documentation as required.Performs root cause analysis and investigations into incidents related to building infrastructure incidents impacting external customers, business operations and service impacting events.Prepares / oversees cost/benefit estimates, presentations, negotiations, installation, problem resolution, cost reduction, value engineering, and multivendor product integration.This position will sit in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA and be required to be in the office 3 days per week.Requires 8-10 years electrical industry experience.Professional Electrical Engineering License preferred.ProjectProgram Management experienceOur Senior Manager, Real Estate earn between $94,300 - $141,500.
