You will oversee, manage, and bring captivating media content to life. We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative visionary with leadership skills to produce infotaining content for different audiences.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Team up with internal team and clients to develop high-quality media content from script to screen.Lead the charge on complex projects, juggling multiple tasks, team members, and stakeholders.Work with clients to choose the best media format, brainstorm ideas, write scripts, and design vent engaging, quick-hit micro-videos that grab attention and deliver a clear message.Develop and implement innovative training methods utilizing social networking platforms and apps to enhance employee skill sets and knowledge.Set up production schedules and deadlines for various projects, including video, audio, and multimedia content.Create diverse media content using cutting-edge software approved by the organization.Supervise assigned tasks, recruit internal talent for videos, and monitor progress.Coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the production process, addressing concerns and meeting project goals.Stay current on trends and choose the best project tools, software, and equipment.Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved project quality.Mentor and lead team members in developing creative solutions and fostering growth.Skills:8-10 years real-world experience in mediaExpert in live-action, motion graphics, and 3D animation videos.Proven experience in media production management, preferably in a variety of formats and platforms.Strong knowledge of media production techniques, equipment, and software.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Familiarity with current media trends, social networking platforms, and apps. Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail and quality.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field preferredOur Senior Media Production Managers earn between $70,000 - $106,000.
