Role

In the Eligibility Verification Client Delivery Analyst role, you’ll learn how to set up a user interface, assist a client preparing dependent eligibility verification documentation and support a client from post implementation through ongoing maintenance and updates to their account in support of our products and services.

The Eligibility Verification Client Delivery Analyst is responsible for carrying out routine tasks in support of client needs related to the technical configuration, reporting, and maintenance of client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Exhibiting technical and product knowledge to support client’s needs
• Blending solid critical thinking and attention to detail to solve problems
• Managing all system related tasks (ongoing maintenance and updates)
• Meeting deadlines for all assigned tasks
• Adjudicating submitted eligibility verification documents
• Responding to client inquiries regarding the outcome of eligibility verification audits and individual dependent determinations
• Managing all updates needed for annual benefit enrollments
• Managing any plan changes related to dependent eligibility by updating client website portals and documentation

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in a professional business services environment is required.
• Have exceptional time management and organization skills
• Have a proven technical acumen and being comfort with learning new software applications
• Be self-motivated and partner well with others
• Be engaged in process improvement and self-development
• Have the ability to think critically inclusive of general problem-solving abilities
• Have a proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities and execution of tasks on-time
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and handle stress during peak volumes
• Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent professional work experience required
