Salary Range: $130,000-170,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Align Aerospace considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions..

What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will have technical aerospace market expertise, a sharp customer focus, and a background in supply chain management services or a similar field to be onsite and oversee multiple departments. The successful candidate will be highly experienced in aerospace hardware sales and marketing, The ideal candidate is extremely organized, articulate, flexible, quick to grasp business needs, a team player, an excellent written and oral communicator, and eager to learn.
