Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Chiropractic Biller to manage the billing operations of our practice. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within our organization. While previous experience in chiropractic billing is preferred, we offer comprehensive in-house training for candidates who are a great fit but may not have direct experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and submit insurance claims for chiropractic services
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts
• Follow up on unpaid claims and address any billing discrepancies
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of billing and payment activities
• Ensure compliance with all billing regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with the office team to streamline billing processes

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in chiropractic or medical billing is preferred, but not required
• Proficient with computers and working with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word
• Detail-oriented and an expert in organization
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and manage time
• Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members; reliable attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical billing is a plus
• Willingness to learn and participate in in-house training programs
