Document Control assists with documentation in the Engineering Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

• Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation required for manufacturing, such as process drawings, routers, work instructions etc.
• Compare revised customer drawings to previous revision and document changes.
• Develop, review, and oversee preparation and implementation of engineering change orders.

• Support Manufacturing Engineer in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and assist with dispositions and rework documentation.

• Responsible for assuring that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Quality System 

Education and/or Experience

• Associate degree with 2-3 years of manufacturing-related experience

Competencies

• Analytical skills and the ability to express concepts effectively, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of machine shop processes and quality inspection methods.
• Self-starter that can work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Language Skills

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
