Align Technology Inc. is looking for a **In this role, you will** **Additional responsibilities:** Other duties as assigned **Supervisory Responsibilities:** **In this role, youll need ** **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** **Requirements:** Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 8 years of project management experience Experience with Design Control processes Experience in working with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, manufacturing and software development teams to introduce and scale-up new products Experience in coordinating manufact u ring process development , improvement s , and transfer ( IQ/OQ/PQ, root cause analysis, yield tracking, etc. ) Experience with project managing implementation of software systems needed to support manufacturing production and sale (ERP and MES applications) Demonstrated ability to proactively manage project risk Excellent communication skills Demonstrated leadership experience Ability to effectively use Microsoft Project or equivalent tools to create and manage detailed project schedules Experience project managing medical device related projects
