- Experience answering calls/emails within 1 hour SLA or escalation
- Experience in a busy / heavy volume environment - 12-18 requests handled per day per analyst
- Providing support to remote users – home and other office locations via phone/zoom/facetime
Nice to haves
- Working in law firm experience plus
- Knowledge of iManage, ChromeRiver, Power PDF, 3E Financial System, Intapp Intake/Conflicts systems
