An exciting and incredibly innovative company led by world-class, famous talent, is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO. You will be working closely with a very high-profile executive in an incredibly fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You will manage scheduling and complicated logistics; intense travel coordination, itinerary management and accommodations; special project management and team coordination. You have high-touch customer service skills and are able to work across industries, in the public sector, in technology, in consumer products, with celebrities, and internationally. The role will require an ability to work in an intimate team environment, often long hours spent on difficult projects, and will also require some traveling with the team. You’ll be working closely with the Chief of Staff as well.

Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of very high-level support experience, and a college degree is preferred. The role is located in San Francisco, is full-time in the office, with a salary of $200K , plus bonus and benefits.
