Take your ambitions to the next level
- Support and assist Microsoft D365 FO ERP clients for our Customer Support Department;
- Assist with:
- training;
- troubleshooting and identifying issues;
- documenting new business processes;
- writing functional design documents;
- testing and data migration;
- reporting.
- Minimum of three years of FO experience, with at least three full implementations in manufacturing companies;
- Minimum of one D365 implementation;
- Professional experience in warehousing for a manufacturing company (asset);
- Excellent at consulting and training online over Zoom and Microsoft Teams;
- Fluent in the D365 Warehouse management solution’s capabilities;
- Highly organized;
- Ability to:
- work with up to two clients at a time;
- drive the client.
- Self-starter and willing to adapt to Alithya’s methodologies;
- Strong business acumen and AX skills;
- Creativity, passion and a sense of integrity;
- Enthusiasm, innovation, open-mindedness, team player and eager to learn.
