All About You Primary Care is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Gaithersburg, MD

Medical Practice in Montgomery County, has an Immediate Need for Front Desk. Seeking self-starter/initiative driven individuals with superior communication and patient-intake skills in a fast-paced office. This is either a full-time or part-time position Monday through Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month (approximately 32 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, booking appointments, monitoring emails, faxing, filing, stocking office supplies and other miscellaneous office tasks.

Responsibilities also include coordinating care for patients (ie scheduling imaging appointments and consultations with other physicians).
We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and prioritize. Have excellent communication skills and is comfortable in a fast-paced office environment. Experience in medical office preferred.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, telephone skills, customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Additional Information:

  • This is a 1099 position (i.e. contractor with no benefits offered at this time)
  • Regular and reliable attendance is mandatory.
  • Local candidates only.

Working Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9am - 4:30pm

Friday: 9am - 4:30 pm*

Saturday: 8:30am - 12 pm

* Alternate Fridays when not working on a Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Hourly rate starting at $18-20

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
