A Long Island based Industrial Distributor of Automation components has an immediate opening available for a full time Customer Service Representative. Monday – Friday, 8-5, hourly pay commensurate on experience. Benefit package is available after a short term of employment.

General office duties will include answering customers’ e-mails, faxes and phone calls. Providing them with pricing and availability of our products, as well as processing their purchase orders. Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers for needed information and expediting. Data entry and filing will be required as well.

-Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
-Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
-Must have good phone communication skills.
-Previous experience in data entry and customer service preferred, but willing to train.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
