Duties and Responsibilities:Listed below are examples of activities that a person in this job classification might reasonably be expected to perform. The list is not all-inclusive, and additional duties may be assigned.Enter revenue, review, and prepare invoices for customers.
Process new customer set-up.
Assist in maintaining billing files and update records.
Assist with customer inquiries regarding invoices.
Recognize data entry discrepancies promptly with a corrective goal mindset and application.
Complete deadlines as necessary and secure approvals as required.
Follow professional office, email, and calendar management.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service, and communication.
Qualifications and Skills:Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to operate general office equipment for accounting purposes, typing, fax, scan, print/copy, and email.
Familiarity in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, 365)
Relocation industry experience preferred.
Requirements: High School diploma
