Our Wilmington, DE team is looking for an ambitious person who isn't satisfied with "good enough". This is an entry-level position where what you put in is what you get out - if you're not willing to work hard and dig deep, this isn't a good fit for you. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT

THE SCHEDULE:

You normally work Monday to Saturday with some evening hours.

YOUR ROLE:

Your mission is to meet with prospective customers, perform in-home assessments, and promote our company as being the answer to their remodeling needs. We help set you up for success by providing comprehensive, ongoing training. You also attend weekly sales meetings to help brainstorm new strategies.

Your goal is to run 2 - 3 leads per day, and you visit prospects' homes to complete exterior inspections. You speak with prospects about their vision and help them see the value in partnering with us. After successfully closing a deal, you maintain open communication with the client to ensure they're satisfied with our services and to secure future business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Outgoing, charismatic personality with excellent communication skills
• Hunger to excel and ability to stay motivated
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of your success
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Sales experience would be preferred, but it's not required for this entry-level role. We will train candidates with the right attitude and drive!
