POSITION TITLE:
Outbound Scheduler

JOB PURPOSE:
The outbound sales team will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all inbound inquiries and converting contacts to qualified sales, appointments and leads for the sales team. This is part sales , If you just have customer service experience that's a plus but know this is for SALES ran . People with realtor and collections highly recommended to apply !!!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for incoming/outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Serve as All American Roofing’s professional representative when dealing with customer communications: via phone, email, etc.
• Possess strong knowledge of All American Roofing’s products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
• Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive at work on time.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
• Educate prospective clients on products and services
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain record of client contact information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Previous Customers experience

You should:

• Be comfortable on the phone and have some telemarketing experience.
• Have a winning personality and love to talk to new people.
• Not be afraid to pick up the phone.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
• Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.

Time-Off

Vacation: 10 paid vacation days during the first 2 years of employment, 15 vacation days each following year and 20 after 5 years.

Sick: Sick days included

Holidays: All Federal holidays are paid time off and do not count towards paid vacation days.

Personal Time off: Flexible unpaid time off per personal days.

Compensation

• Average first year income range: $45,000 - $60,000 (Base Salary plus commission and bonuses)

Salary: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Hourly /plus commission pay
