Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our team. As a Brick Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing chimneys and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. Your expertise in masonry techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lay bricks and concrete blocks to construct or repair walls, chimneys, and other structures

- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using a trowel

- Align bricks or blocks according to blueprints or specifications

- Cut bricks or blocks to size using saws or chisels

- Repair or renovate existing masonry structures

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Skills:

- Proficient in masonry techniques such as bricklaying, tile laying, and stucco installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
