1 Construction Secretary Job in Dunedin, FL
All Around Remodeling is Hiring a Construction Secretary Near Dunedin, FL
We looking for someone who is experienced in the front office construction work field. Job will require driving to job sites to gather information for billing purposes. Scheduling for inspections. Putting together contracts. Billing, and invoices. Must know Microsoft Excel and quick books, being familiar with AutoCAD is a plus. Must be self motivated, honest, and have knowledge and experience in the construction field.
Must have a clean background and drug free .
Hours will be from 9-3 or 4 Monday-Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
