We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our high school athletic program as the Cross Country Coach. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing young athletes, providing skill-based instruction, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and competitive environment. This position requires strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to the personal and athletic development of the student-athletes.

Positions Available:

• Middle School Assistant Track and Field Coach
• Varsity Assistant Track and Field Coach

Schedule:

• August 15 to October 31st
• Practices : 3 days/week for Middle School and 5 days/week for High School
• Times: most 1.5 hour blocks from 3-7pm with one morning practice
• Comp: $2000 to $6000 pending role and experience
• Meets are generally 1 to 2 days per week, between 4-6pm.
• Location: All throughout NYC
