HIRING DRIVERS IMMEDIATELY

All Care Transportation is seeking motivated and reliable drivers to join our team immediately! As an independent contractor with All Care, you'll have the opportunity to make a guaranteed $800-$1200 weekly . Our transportation company provides safe and reliable transportation to students around the Greater St Louis area, and we're looking for drivers who are passionate about providing quality care from home to destination.

We're specifically looking for drivers who are able to transport students both to and from school. You would need to be able to transport them both in the morning and afternoon, this is a package deal. Once you accept a route, you will be responsible for transporting those same students for the entirety of the school year. These students need consistent transportation, the parents and districts alike want to be able to easily recognize the individual responsible for the safety of these minors. We are looking for as many drivers as possible to transport the 400 students that begin their school year on August 19th, 2024. You would be using your own vehicle as we do not provide company vehicles. We pay direct deposit weekly which begins the first Friday after the week you start, and your income is untaxed as this is a 1099-NEC position. Routes in the morning can range anywhere between 6:30am-9:00am, and in the afternoon between 2:30pm-4:30pm. Any route up to 10 miles start with a base pay of $32/1-way, a single route including morning and afternoon would pay a minimum of $64. Any route over 10 miles will have an additional mileage rate added onto it. Ideally we would like to set drivers up with 3 routes per day (6 1-way trips), which at the minimum of $32/1-way would pay $960/week.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and drop off students from their homes to school and back
• Maintain acceptable and timely app usage
• Provide safe and reliable transportation to students
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a 2013 or newer vehicle: drivers use their own personal vehicles, WE DO NOT PROVIDE COMPANY VEHICLES
• Must consent to a background check as we do work with minors, any felony related charges are an automatic disqualification per district policy
• Prior experience in transportation or as a driver is preferred but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good time-management skills

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-9am / 2:30pm-4:30pm
