Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Job Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our system

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for customers

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

- Utilize various software programs and tools to assist customers

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry and using various software programs

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with Shopify, online retail a plus
