ALL Dimensions Search Group is Hiring a Senior Staff Accountant Near Kansas, MO
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as reconciling various transactions and accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making purposes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Document processes and procedures, and implement and test internal controls
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Provide support to other accounting team members, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience in public accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with analyzing large volumes of data
- Experience with accounting, ERP, data warehousing, banking and other various software
