Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and handle day-to-day operations
- Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and proofreading documents
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized filing system
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage calendars using Google Suite and Outlook Calendar
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
