All Green Lawn Care is looking for results-driven salespeople to join our company in this rewarding sales position where we offer an hourly base pay plus commission. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth while enhancing your earnings in the process. We are looking for people who are trainable, willing to listen and learn new skills, reliable, and good with customers. This is mainly a phone-based position so you must be comfortable with being in an office on the phone for your entire shift.

Requirements:

• Develop a strong understanding of the direct selling process and gain a background in the lawn care service industry
• Present, promote, and sell services using solid communication practices to existing and prospective customers
• Finding the customer's needs by asking open-ended questions and building rapport
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Work to improve through feedback continuously
