All In A Day, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative
Job Information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. With pay of $16-17/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Customers: Communicate with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information. Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Order Management: Collect and accurately enter orders for new or additional products and services.
- Invoicing: Create invoices based on shipped orders.
- Sales Order Processing: Enter sales orders received via email, website, or telephone into our company's ERP system.
- Customer Query Resolution: Field customer questions and ensure timely resolution.
- Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales and Sales Representatives in all related sales and customer activities.
- Account Monitoring: Actively monitor dealer and distributor accounts.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-Oriented: Ability to resolve customer grievances and avoid confrontation.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
- High school diploma required, with additional education preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
