Primary Responsibilities and Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

• Mastery of Technical Writing & Editing
• Meeting Coordination/Facilitation
• Project & Time Management
• Strong written and verbal communication in the English Language
• A penchant for mastering and understanding processorial details for the purpose of simplifying content for others
• Demonstrated problem solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions
• Ability to learn quickly, process information, and apply reference knowledge in diverse situations
• Coaching others to proficiency in Technical Writing & Editing
• Candidate should also have some experience coaching training specialists or interns in skills and tactics to write more effective guidance documentation and scripts for learning and development projects
• Skill in managing multiple, diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments, and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgement
• Natural Curiosity and passiong for learning
• Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful
• Candidates should have 3-6 years' experience in technical editing and writing with a focus on documenting operational processes and procedures for staff consumption.
• Experience with Confluence preferred
