While you'll be the CMO's right-hand, keeping their calendar humming and presentations polished, this role is so much more! You'll also get your hands dirty (metaphorically speaking) in the exciting world of senior living marketing.

The Role:

  • Brainstorming content for social media and reviewing social media calendars.
  • Assisting with improving third party content to showcase our amazing communities on sites like US News.
  • Researching the latest marketing trends to keep us testing and learning.
  • Dabbling in a bit of graphic design.
  • Helping organize an annual marketing team site visit that celebrates the vibrant lives of our residents.
  • Create emails, memos, and reports on behalf of senior leaders, both in own signature and in CMOs signature. 
  • Provide general office administration support such as reviewing and drafting documents, coordinating travel, as well as organizing and preparing for group meetings. 
  • Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, conferences, training, and events. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 
  • Has at least 2-4 years of administrative, marketing, or project management experience.
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a focus on problem solving.
  • Is a marketing sponge, eager to learn everything they can.
  • Has a knack for organization and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Can write like a pro (or at least rewrite a mean email)
  • Wants to grow their social media abilities and strategy.
  • Has a positive attitude and has a desire to make everyone’s day better.

Bonus points if you… 

  • Have a passion for senior living.
  • Can put together a PowerPoint presentation that is creative and innovative.
  • Has the ability to speak fluent “CMO-ese” (understanding our lingo is a plus!).
